At Aspire Ascend, our membership is selective to senior executive women.  Why?  Because our work is focused on your needs. You have told us that you need a safe venue where you can network with peers from other industries, companies, and organizations; share critical information and best practices; and enhance your knowledge on women’s leadership issues. Following the selection process, new members are connected to a dynamic peer group and a unique platform where they share their challenges and successes with each other.

    To be considered for membership, you must be:

    • In the C-suite and/or in an executive level position in a major corporation
    • A senior leader in education, healthcare, government, the nonprofit sector/association, or another type of service organization
    • An entrepreneur building or running a successful business
    • A partner in a law, accounting, financial service, recruiting, or other business service firm
    • A current board member
    • A retired senior thought leader
