• MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

Aspire Ascend members abide by the following Membership Guidelines, which are considered to be a part of your membership Terms of Service.

Aspire Ascend relationships are built on trust – and that requires both confidentiality and adherence to our strict non-solicitation practices outlined below:

    Confidentiality

We attend events, programs and panels that build relationships with peers in similar roles. Everyone is expected to protect the confidentiality of other members. We do not share information that has been discussed unless the relevant individuals have given permission to do so. We only share the names of Aspire Ascend members with members’ permission, and we never harvest other members’ information or forward it for any purpose without their agreement.

    Cancellation Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fees for all Aspire Ascend events are non-refundable unless Aspire Ascend cancels the event. In the case of a cancellation, your payment will be automatically credited to your credit card. Event fees cover food, beverage and administrative costs.

“I’ve had the great pleasure to know and work with Jan for nearly 10 years. I’ve rarely met anyone with such passion and perspective on the challenges and opportunities of the modern workplace. Whether working with senior C-suite executives, helping an organization define a culture, facilitating a dialogue and bringing smart people together from her powerful network, she excels.

All those skills are being put to work now in pursuit of leadership excellence for women. The programs she’s designing are truly innovative and inspiring and will help open many doors and provide a pathway for women to achieve great things. “
