The World Economic Forums 2017 Global Gender Gap Report shows that when women are in leadership roles, more women are hired right across the board at all levels.

    Gender parity is important!

The event will feature a dynamic panel discussion led by three successful, accomplished women: Martha Boudreau,EVP AARPKimberly Churches President & CEO of AAUW, and Cari Dominguez President of The International Women's Forum, Washington, DC and the former Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

They will lead the discussion on the current state of women in leadership and gender parity, challenges to women's leadership in their respective fields and initiatives needed to help close the economic opportunity gap for women.
