Patron and Protégée Program

    This program enhances opportunities for high-value and executive women through career growth, visibility, recognition, engagement, retention, and promotion.  

    This is a one-year on-site program that provides a professional development opportunity for women leaders.  Participants include women who are already leaders at the firm, but who, with the help of strategic sponsorship, have the potential to rise to even more senior and visible positions. Throughout the course of the program, there are assessments, regular meetings, and group sessions.

    The Protégées will also become an informal mentor to new women coming up the career ladder. This strategic alignment between executive leadership sponsoring and informal mentoring at the management level underscores a company’s commitment to women’s leadership and mentorship.

    What we do:

    • Create strategy on building your women’s leadership forums and initiatives in concert with the executive team to boost your current initiatives or build from scratch.
    • Customize to organizational need.
    • Educate at conferences, seminars, webinars, summits, etc. on women’s leadership and key issues challenges and success of women leaders.
    • Facilitate connections with other companies and leaders surrounding best practices and partnership opportunities on women in leadership.

    Corporate sponsorship starts at $15,000 a month-1-year minimum engagement.
