This program enhances opportunities for executive women through career growth, visibility, increased brand recognition and promotion. This is a one-year on-site program that provides a professional development opportunity for women leaders. Participants include women who are already leaders at the firm, but who, with the help of strategic sponsorship, have the potential to rise to even more senior roles and part of the career succession plan of the organization.
